HOW ABOUT A SUBSTITUTE FOR
FOOD CRAVING? When the food cravings hit, it is time to go out to water the grass! Yes, that's right! Create a garden, take out the trash, or just take a walk. Hey, why not spark up your relationship? How about some sexual fun? Not only it is fun but it burn calories too. Also just think how hot you are going to look with your new and improved body after you get into shape. The first few weeks of a diet the food craving is at the highest level. If you keep on your food intake plan the food craving will stop when your body get use to the reduction in food. Of course exercise is a great way to reduce food cravings too. You can reduce food cravings by getting your mind off of it. Most of the time when a person is having fun they are NOT thinking about food or have cravings for it. In other words, an active body reduces the food craving substantial. Going to health clubs is good if you don't get intimated about men and women who go to show off. Many people who go to health clubs give up on exercise and losing weight after seeing the people walking around with a fantastic body. Remember you are there to get the weight off and get healthy. Your body will look great with time. Don't give up whatever you do and continue to exercise. You only need one piece of exercise equipment in your house. What is nice about having it there, you don't have to go to the club and it is ready to use 7/24. In the long run it is cheaper than going to a health club. Many people eat out of stress and anger. Neither way is healthy and both are counterproductive. Exercise is one of the best ways to get rid of anger and stress. Exercise equipment. There is a lot of good exercise
equipment available to buy. You don’t need to get a "top of the line" product.
Buying a $2000 treadmill is nice if you can afford it or if you are a couple
hundred pounds
Let's say you keep your calorie intake the same without exercise. You’ll find that there will be no difference, weight gain or loss. But if take a walk on the treadmill and burn only a 100 calories per day, in one year that is 11.4 pounds that could be loss in one year. (That is about the same as having three chocolate kisses.) Now let's reduce your calorie intake to at least 500 calories less than what you have been eating, then add add 200 calories of burning calories through exercise. That is 700 calories per day, that is a whopping 79.8 of possible pounds to lose in a year. For a woman this going from a size 24 down to a size 8-10! Amazing, isn't it? So look at the overall picture not just a bit here and a bit there. Don't wait to have the body you want. Start today! Remember the first week is easy. The subsequent weeks may seem harder to you, but your new mindset and weight loss goals will make it easier and easier for you. You WILL succeed! Soon your healthy eating plan is no longer a diet. This is where I firmly suggest starting out with pre-cooked prepared meals. You will not only eat healthy but you will lose weight! Also have some sliced chicken or turkey around the house instead of sweets. Only eat a few slices. About 20 minutes after you eat, you shouldn't feel the food craving. (Note: If you are on any medication make sure you consult with your doctor first. Most of the time they will tell you that exercise is just what the doctor ordered. But if you have a health problem, again, always consult your doctor first!)
